Always at the coast! Katwijk aan Zee has traditionally been a well-known seaside resort. Many artists and seaside guests have found their way to seaside hotels such as 'du Rhin' or have stayed with families from Katwijk where 'Zimmer frei' almost always hung in the window. Owner Marian Krijgsman has captured that Katwijk history and hospitality in Hotel Steeds aan Zee. In 2011 she started B&B aan Zee, a few years later apartments on the Tramstraat followed and in 2016 the luxury Hotel Suites on the Princestraat were opened.

Today Steeds aan Zee accommodates 92 guests in 35 rooms, a stone's throw from the beach and the centre.

At Steeds aan Zee you can spend the night as you wish. We offer hotel rooms with breakfast, luxury suites with kitchenettes and guest lounge or apartments around a courtyard in our courtyard.



Overnight stays are possible for 1 to 5 people. We can also accommodate larger groups in different rooms.

In our breakfast room at Grand Cafe de Koningin you are welcome between 8 and 11 for our buffet, where we offer you a wide choice of surprising regional products.

Grand Café 'the Queen'

Named after Katwijk's special bond with the royal family, 'Grand Café de Koningin' is the place for coffee and a drink. We have a special menu and work together with local entrepreneurs.

You check in at Grand Café de Koningin, and of course you are welcome all day for coffee with something tasty, a fine selection from our wine list or a fresh specialty beer.



Here too, we work together with Katwijk pastry chefs, Dutch breweries and Dutch cheese farmers to offer you a delicious & surprising range.

Every day the housekeeping takes care of your clean and fresh room, in the morning you can enjoy an extensive breakfast and in the evening enjoy a good glass of wine or specialty beer in our Grand Café.
