Terms and Conditions

• The following cancellation conditions apply to a reservation with a flexible rate
  The guest can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel up to 2 days before arrival, you pay 50% of the travel sum, within 1 day before arrival the cancellation costs are 100%.

  If you have booked a non-refundable rate, the above conditions do not apply and it is no longer possible to cancel your reservation without costs.

  The Uniform Hospitality Conditions apply to all our agreements.
